S'MORES TART



                              3” graham cracker tart shell                    1ea
Chef’s Line           melting cake batter                                  2oz
                              Mini marshmallows                                 1oz

Method: with the cake batter at room temperature, spoon in into the tart shell, top with marshmallows and bake 425 degree for 4-5 minutes or until marshmallows are starting to melt. If needed brown the top under the broiler or with a torch. Then serve.

Yield: one serving
