CARNAVAL SHRIMP



4oz       Harbor Banks                          41/50 P&D tail off shrimp
½ oz                                                      onion (julienned)
½ oz                                                      green pepper (julienned)
½ oz                                                      red pepper (julienned)
½ oz       El Pasado                               sliced jalapeno peppers
1oz         Monarch                                 white wine
4oz         Monarch                                 cooked white rice
1oz         Beyond                                   liquid butter

Method: sauté the shrimp, onions and peppers until tender add wine simmer one minute and serve over rice.

Yield: one serving
