CHEESE BATONS


6ea.      Hilltop Hearth                French Petit Pains
8oz       Monarch                        Extra heavy premium mayonnaise
2oz       CVF                               onion, graded
2tbsp    Monarch                        lemon pepper
½ tsp     Monarch                       Worcestershire sauce     
8oz       Glenview farms             Swiss cheese, shredded
2oz        Roseli                           shredded Asiago cheese

Method: slice petit pains ¼ inch thick. Combine all remaining ingredient and mix well.
Spread ½ oz of cheese mixture onto each slice of bread, place on sheet tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until light brown.

Yields: 40 pieces
