CRAB PATE'


3#     Glenview Farms      cream cheese
1#     Glenview Farms       butter
2T      Monarch                 garlic powder
2#      Blue Water              claw crab meat
1oz    Classic Tureen         crab base
1/2t    Monarch                  black pepper

Method: let cream cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Place in mixer
And whip until soft and smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
Place in mold or shape on a tray. Chill over night.

Yield:  80 oz
