AU GRATIN CHICKEN



2ea      Patuxent               4oz Bnls, Sknls chicken breast
2oz      CVF                     slivered onions
2oz      CVF                     sliced mushrooms 
1oz      Glenv                   shredded SuperCured cheese
1oz      Glenv                   fontina (shredded)
1oz      Glenv                   pepper jack (shredded)
1oz      Glenv                   European butter blend
1/2tsp   CVF                    fresh thyme (chopped)
1/2c      Monrc                 rice pilaf (cooked)      


Method: brown chicken in butter blend add onions and mushrooms,
simmer until onions are tender top with shredded cheeses and bake
for 5 min or until chicken is done.


Plate: place over a bed of rice and top with chopped thyme.

Yield: one serving
