CHICKEN STEW OVER BISCUITS


1#       Patuxent                 diced chicken meat
1#       Monarch                 5 way mixed vegetables
32oz                                   roast chicken gravy
8oz     Glenview Farm       heavy cream
1oz     CVF                        parsley (chopped)
12ea   Hilltop Hearth        Biscuit dough, baked


Method: combine all ingredients except the biscuit and heat

Plate: ladle 10oz of chicken mixer over top of two biscuits split

Yield: six servings
