BEEF WRAPPED ASPARAGUS


10 sl              Metro Deli              Angus Beef Top Round
30 pc             CVF                        Fresh asparagus, Blanched
16oz              Monarch                 White Balsamic with Lime & Basil
4oz                Bellagio                   fire roasted red pepper, diced


Method: wrap three pieces of asparagus with one slice of roast beef, place all into a pan top with red pepper and dressing let marinate for a few hours to over night. Then serve.

Yield: 5 servings
