BANANA CANNOLI



1cn       Monarch           banana pudding
1#         Monarch           vanilla mousse mix
8oz        Glenv                2% milk
8oz                                 butter finger pieces
72pc                               choc cannoli shell


Method: whip the mousse mix and milk together until smooth then fold in the pudding
And chill. With a pastry bag fill each cannoli shell with the pudding mixture, and then dip the ends in the butter finger pieces. Place on platter and dust with powder sugar and cocoa.


Yield: 72 pieces
