BREAKFAST PANINI


2sl                                            Panini bread
3ea         Glenview Farms        large eggs (scrambled)
3sl           Patuxent Farms         apple wood bacon (cooked)
2ea          Patuxent Farms         cooked sausage patty
3oz          CVF                          cooked shredded potatoes (browned)
3sl           Glenview Farms       sliced pepper jack cheese
2oz          CVF                          sliced onions (sauté)
½ oz         Beyond                     butter sub


Method: build the sandwich bread, cheese, bacon, egg, hash browns, sausage, cheese and bread, brush the outside of the bread with the Beyond and grill on the Panini grill for three minutes or until heated through.

Yield: one sandwich
