AFTER DINNER MINT


 Chef’s Line      chocolate crème                                  1 oz
 mint extract                                                                 1 drop
Chef’s Line       vanilla crème                                               ½ oz
 green food coloring                                                    ½ drop

In a small bowl, mix the vanilla crème with the drop of mint extract and ½ drop of green food coloring. 
In a shot glass, spoon ½ oz of the chocolate crème into the bottom, then layer with the vanilla crème then top off with the remaining chocolate crème.  Serve with a mini tasting spoon after the final meal.

Yield: one serving
