AUTUM VEGETABLES



2#      Monarch               broccoli florets
2#      Monarch               Haricot vert whole green beans
2#      Monarch               Parisienne carrots
1#      Monarch               pearl onions
8oz                                  cashews, toasted
8oz    USBlue                 walnuts, toasted
8oz                                  dried cranberries
1#      CVF                      fresh red peppers, sliced
1#      Glenview Farms    butter
1T                                    sea salt
1T      Monarch               six pepper blend

Method: sauté broccoli, beans, carrots and red peppers in butter until hot. Add nuts, cranberries, salt and pepper toss to mix well and serve

Yields: 38- 4oz servings
