WEDGER SALAD


1oz              1332329          Roseli                  bacon topping
½ hd            5326426          CVF                    iceberg head lettuce
½ oz             5331558         CVF                     red onion, sliced
1oz               32920             Glenview farms   blue cheese crumbles
4 ea.             6264014                                      grape tomatoes
6 each          3521796                                      mini baby baked potatoes
3oz               5378807          Cattlemen’s        filet of beef tips
2oz                3942364         Monarch             barbeque blue cheese dressing

Method: cut ½ head iceberg in half again and place on plate. Top with bacon, red onion, tomatoes and blue cheese. Deep fry potatoes and place around lettuce. Sauté filet tips and top lettuce. Finish with dressing.

Yield: 1 serving
